Scran
Early 18th century Scottish origin meaning ‘food, provisions, victuals, esp. inferior or scrappy food'. Commonly used in the North East  –
Let wi gan and get some scran am starvin man!
Let's go and get some food. I'm starving!

The British Army and Navy also use this slang word for food.

Made from stoneware clay decorated using coloured slips and a paper resist technique. Each plate is unique due to the nature of hand making and the unpredictability
of the kiln firing. They are sturdy, functional and dishwasher proof and sometimes display characteristic minor imperfections.
